Important Summer Dates




Important Dates.
  1. Summer Workouts--Start June 9 go through July 23

  • 4 Score tournament at HHS, this Friday. 4-6:30 pm
                              Register at utahtennis.com/junior-tennis-programs


  • Conditioning:  Monday, July 27!  Highly recommended!
  • Tryouts and the rest of the season starts!
               August 3!!! Mandatory attendance here on out!




Summer Workouts! Daily Procedure!


Day of Work Out Procedure!
    
1.   Please arrive 10 minutes before scheduled time.
2.   Stay in your air conditioned car until one of us comes to you.  Please wear your mask.
3.   We will take your temp…It must be under 100.4 degrees.
4.   Before leaving the car, present one of us with the following
b.   Your COVID symptom checklist.
If you have one of these symptoms, please contact Coach Linda or Tricia and don’t come to the workout.
a.      Fever of 100.4
b.      Cough, new, undiagnosed, dry
c.       Trouble breathing shortness of breath
d.      Sore throat
e.      Sudden change in taste of smell
f.        Muscle aches or pains
g.      Close contact with someone who has COVID-19
Remember, seasonal allergies are different!
5.      Place your equipment outside the gate 6 ft from others.
6.   Then use provided hand sanitizer and wash your hands.
7.   Then enter the court from the West gates.
8.   Please keep your social distance (at least 6 ft distant)
9.   Participate in practice.
10.                     Exit through the north gate.  Use hand sanitizer one more time!
11.                     Please don’t congregate.  If you do choose to talk,
you need to be wearing your mask and socially distant.

Summer Tennis Season--How to Sign UP

Workout Procedure Starting June 8 – July 23
I.                  How to sign up for workouts.
We suggest you attend at least one workout session a week.  This would result in 6 sessions before the season starts.
The recommended number of workouts would be 8.  If you are a beginner, we would suggest twice a week.

I will put it on the group me. 
There will be four times:  Days available are Monday-Thursday.
     9-9:45 am--beginning
     10-10:45 am--advanced
     3- 3:45 p.m.---beginning
     4-4:45 pm.---advanced
There can be only 4 members at each session.  If you sign up and can’t make it we need to know at least two hours in advance, preferably sooner.  If you have scheduled twice and not shown for your signups without notice you will not be allowed to sign up for the remainder of the summer season.
